History of KEOL

KEOL” is the first two letters of the names of the Founders, KELLY and OLIVIA.

KEOL” also represents the Company's values as “Ang Kalikasan at Ekonomiya ay Obligasyon ng Lahat”. (In English, it means: “Economic Development and
Environmental Protection is everyone's Obligation”.)


Registered with the Security and Exchange Commission – Philippines on January, 1995 as a Real Estate Marketing Company. KEOL has been involved in the selling and
leasing of residential and commercial properties. Considered as one of the Industry Leaders, some of the company’s noteworthy accomplishments include a major
contributing role in the rehabilitation of the Manila Banking Corporation and reaching the 2,000 Customer milestone in less than 10 years in the business. The company is
especially proud to have been recognized for its achievements in the field of social marketing where it has been able to help hundreds of deserving low-income families
realize their dream of owning their first home.


In January, 1999, KEOL had the opportunity to expand to Financial Services. When ALLSTATE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY opened their first offices in the
Philippines, they appointed KEOL INSURANCE AGENCY, INC. as one of their pioneer Regional Directors. KEOL was one of ALLSTATE’S consistent top
producers. The company also formed a strategic alliance with one of the Philippines' largest life insurance companies, “FORTUNE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY,


Founded in January, 2000, the KEOL FOUNDATION, INC. is committed to continuously provide financial security to the widest segment of the Filipino population. By
utilizing team spirit and Filipino camaraderie, (Bayanihan), the foundation creates and manages opportunities that significantly improve the quality of life of every Filipino
family. “Bayanihan” demands unity of mind, heart and spirit for a particular purpose, as the Filipino adage is “kung sama-sama, kayang-kaya”. (if we are united, we can
easily do it).


In mid 2004, the company was offered an Exclusive Marketing Contract to sell a vast tract of semi developed land in the Pahrump Valley, Inyo County, California, USA
owned by a Philippine-American Company. The Company’s acceptance prompted the establishment of KEOL RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION
in June, 2004. In 2005, in another record breaking achievement, the company sold-out the said tract of land. The Company was also appointed as a Strategic Consultant
for a new proposed master planned community called Golden Ridge, California. Golden Ridge was envisioned to be one of America’s first comprehensive “GREEN”
LEED communities. Construction of phase one of the master plan, the St. Therese Mission, has already started January, 2011. The St. Therese' infrastructure will include
the world's greenest (LEED Platinum Certified) Catholic Church and a world-class columbarium complex, among others. KEOL's participation, from conceptualization,
planning, design and setting up the sales and marketing infrastructure is another “feather in its cap”.

Since opening its Las Vegas, Nevada based US office, KEOL has also taken advantage of the opportunity to develop new residential and commercial customers in the
Las Vegas Valley. In 2008 and 2009, KEOL received awards as the Top Selling Real Estate Agent for one of the country’s Top Builders (KB Homes' Inspirada).

In February, 2011, KEOL was appointed as the Hidden Hills SEGS Community Outreach Representative for BrightSource Energy, Inc., one of the world's proven
leaders in solar energy development.
